There's nothing quite like an English bluebell wood for atmosphere. Huge beech and oak trees shaded this little strip of woodland, maybe only a dozen paces wide but many hundreds long, running by a stream at a field boundary.
A couple of attempts with a little camera to capture a couple of hares. The one above was running through a field and stopping occasionally to 'hide' with its ears showing!

How glorious, well done for the hare photo. Your bluebells are further on than ours.
I love to see bluebells, they are such a gorgeous colour.
Hares must be difficult to photograph! What a great photo you took!
Oh the woods are sooo gorgeous! That pic of the hare is fantastic! You must live in such a beautiful spot.
I was just lucky with the hare shots. It is beautiful here Mrs Bok. At least, we think so.
Gorgeous indeed, our bluebells are all out too.
Bluebells are so lovely when you see them en masse like that. You did well to catch the hare on camera, they're so fast.
Those bluebells look beautiful, we drove past a wood at the weekend and could see a carpet of blue through the tree's, unfortunatly there wasn't really anywhere safe to stop to take a look.
Beautiful for sure!
